Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Setichain provides SaaS-based market analytics, orderflow visualizations, contextual intelligence, and related tooling for research and execution support. Setichain is not a broker, exchange, or investment advisor.

2. Account Eligibility and Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify Setichain immediately of unauthorized access or security incidents.

3. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, reverse engineering, scraping abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
• No use of Setichain for unlawful activities, market abuse, or sanctions violations.
• No resale or redistribution of service access unless contractually authorized.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Paddle

Payments are processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, tax, invoicing, and payment processing for Setichain subscriptions.

• Subscription charges recur according to your selected billing interval.
• Taxes and payment terms are determined by Paddle at checkout.
• Failed payments may result in suspension until billing is resolved.

5. Trial and Plan Changes

Setichain may offer trial periods. At trial end, paid access may begin automatically unless canceled before conversion. Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect per Paddle checkout terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All Setichain software, branding, visual design, and content are owned by Setichain or licensors. Access to the platform grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right.

7. Market Data and No Financial Advice

Market data and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. Setichain does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and does not guarantee profitability or outcome.

8. Availability and Changes

Setichain may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or compliance. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

9. Suspension and Termination

Setichain may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security concerns, unpaid invoices, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and manage billing through Paddle.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setichain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or data interruptions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in Setichain's operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
