Refund Policy

Effective date: February 15, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Setichain subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and manages transaction processing and invoicing.

1. General Principles

  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case based on plan type, usage, and billing timing.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.
  • Chargeback abuse or policy misuse may result in account restrictions.

2. Monthly Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after renewal.
  • Initial purchase disputes should be submitted within 7 days when there is a confirmed technical issue preventing core use.
  • Cancel anytime to stop future monthly renewals.

3. Yearly Plans

  • Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for partial refund only in exceptional cases.
  • Requests should be submitted within 14 days of initial annual purchase and are evaluated against usage levels and support history.
  • No prorated refunds are guaranteed after this early review period.

4. Trial Conversions

If a trial converts to a paid plan, billing follows the checkout terms shown during signup. To avoid renewal, cancel before the trial end date.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact billing@setichain.com with your order details.
  • Include your Paddle transaction ID and reason for request.
  • Requests may also be handled through Paddle support channels as applicable.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on payment provider and issuing bank timelines.

7. Policy Updates

Setichain may update this policy to reflect legal, billing, or product changes. The most current version is always available at setichain.com/refund-policy.
