1. Service and delivery
Setichain is browser-based software-as-a-service for market analytics, public-wallet research, journals, and review of a user's own trading process. Following Digistore24 confirmation, the limited access license is assigned digitally to the account created before checkout. No download is required. The customer product does not place, close, or copy trades. A standard-user Bitunix connection is used only to read the user's own account and trading history.
2. Account and security
- Provide accurate information and protect your credentials and devices.
- Do not share, transfer, sublicense, or resell your account.
- Use a separate Bitunix key with read-only permissions and no withdrawal permissions.
- Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Setichain unlawfully, deceptively, to infringe third-party rights, manipulate markets, evade sanctions, bypass safeguards, scrape at excessive scale, or gain unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your own use is lawful and appropriate.
4. Price, renewal, cancellation, and returns
Complete is offered at €0 for seven days, €19.95 for the first paid month, and €39.90 for each following month until canceled. Wallet Boost is a separate €14.90 monthly add-on. The binding price and renewal terms appear in the Digistore24 order form. Subscriptions can be canceled monthly. A 60-day return period begins with the first payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. License and intellectual property
During the confirmed subscription term, Setichain grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access the service within the purchased account scope. Setichain and its licensors retain all rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Market information and no advice
Data, models, wallet observations, and visualizations are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice, a trade recommendation, or a guarantee of earnings, profits, or market outcomes. You remain responsible for every decision.
7. Availability, support, and security updates
Feature and security updates are delivered server-side during an active subscription. Support is provided for at least the active contractual term. A planned end of material support will be announced with reasonable notice in the app or by email. Report vulnerabilities to security@setichain.com.
8. Suspension and termination
Access or individual features may be suspended or terminated for unlawful or deceptive use, security risk, nonpayment, violation of these terms, or legal obligation. Contractual and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability and governing law
Liability is not limited where exclusion is prohibited, including willful misconduct and injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for this contract. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
