2. Data we process
Account and profile data, password hashes and authorization data, IP and device information, security and access logs, feature interactions, diagnostics, support communications, and order, product, payment-status, transaction-reference, and affiliate data received from Digistore24. Setichain does not store card or bank-account numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and secure the service, perform the contract, deliver support, administer access and billing, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. Depending on context, processing relies on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent.
4. Public-market and optional exchange data
Setichain processes publicly available market, order-flow, blockchain, wallet, transaction, and position data for analytics. If you voluntarily connect Bitunix, encrypted API credentials are used to read your own account, positions, and trading history for the account view, journal, and behavioral analysis. Standard users should provide only read permissions and must not enable trading or withdrawals. Remove the connection at any time in account settings. Never provide a private key or seed phrase.
5. Service providers and transfers
Selected providers may process data for hosting, infrastructure, email, diagnostics, support, and security. Digistore24 handles orders, recurring billing, cancellation, returns, and affiliate attribution. International transfers use an applicable legal mechanism where required.
6. Retention, security, and rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for the described purpose, contractual obligations, security, or statutory retention. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted credential storage and access controls. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
