1. 60-day return period
Setichain Complete and SetiTracker Wallet Boost have a 60-day return period beginning with the first payment. The free trial does not start this period. The same period applies to orders processed by Digistore24 GmbH and Digistore24 Inc. when displayed in the order form. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Trial and recurring billing
Complete may be tested for seven days at €0. Unless canceled in time, the first payment is €19.95 and later monthly payments are €39.90. Wallet Boost is a separate €14.90 monthly add-on. The order form displays all binding dates and amounts before purchase.
3. How to request a return
Use the support or return link in your Digistore24 order confirmation, or email billing@setichain.com with the account email and order reference. Never send passwords, API secrets, private keys, or seed phrases. Approved returns are sent through the original payment channel where possible.
4. Processing time
The time until funds appear depends on Digistore24, the payment method, and the banks involved. The return period displayed in the Digistore24 order form is binding for the order.
